Hey Lovelies, I had my first childbirth two months ago and while my daughter is an absolute sweetheart, I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep since she was born. It's not because she cries through the night or anything, its just something wrong with me. I don't understand whats happening to me, and why I can't sleep. Did anyone have something similar happen to them?

My wife went through something similar after the birth of our second child. Couldn't sleep through the night for months. We finally found something that helped her so I'll share it with you too. Her general physician recommended melatonin a few hours before her bedtime. So she started taking that. It took a while for her to adjust to it because she would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night sweating and flustered but over time, she adjusted to it. So you can try melatonin too. We got it online from this page: www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/
